Infraction System
The Infraction System is an automated Warning System. Because of that, users may not be warned before getting one. It's illogical to warn users that they may get a warning. Generally a first warning/infraction will not cause a ban or any limited access to the Board. It's only if you're constantly causing problems or violating rules/policies and building them up.
Infractions can be given at any time without verbal warning, staff are not obligated to verbally warn you first.
Global Board Rules
Violating the rules of the board will result in earning infraction points, which may lead to a temporary ban.
Violation of the following rules will result in 2 infraction points, which expire in 3 months:
- No disruptive behavior.
- No distasteful or offensive threads.
Violation of the following rules will result in 1 infraction point, which expires in 1 month:
- No bumping your own threads.
- No political or religious discussion.
- No personal tragedies.
- No tech support or homework help requests.
- Always post in the right forum.
- Read the FAQ before making administrative requests.
- Use the search function if you feel like your topic may already have a thread.
- Spamming. Don't post meaningless things or duplicate threads.
Additional Merchandise Rules
- Sale / Trade threads must be accompanied by photos of the items you're selling / trading. This includes possible/interest threads as well.
In each photo, you must include a piece of paper with your Alias hand-written on it. Don't have time or don't have a camera? Too bad, in either of those cases, you shouldn't be selling / trading and you won't be. Photos must also not exceed 800 pixels in width.
- No asking for a Power Morpher or Dino/Dragon Buckler.
People are reluctant to get rid of theirs, so eBay is the only solution. Any posts made about ASKING FOR power morphers and bucklers will be closed and infractions given for not reading the rules/faqs. Having the same topics over and over again clog the board with the same answers. The only answer you're going to get is eBay.
- No bumping your sales thread.
People will see it, people do actually use the search function believe it or not.
- No asking for FREE Handouts.
This is not a place for begging. People will not just send you something for free, even if it's your birthday. If you're a minor, please ask your parents for assistance on making a purchase here.
- No posting eBay auctions that are not yours .
Posting a random or "cool" auction puts up competition. It's pointless for you, so it's unnecessary. If someone was looking for something, they'd check eBay themselves. You are not our personal eBay search engine.
Points Result
- 4 points = 2 day(s) ban
- 7 points = 1 week ban
- 10 points = 3 week(s) ban

Privacy Policy
We will not reveal any of your information unless requested by law or you broke a law by scamming users online. In which case your information will be provided for Law Enforcement reports.
Contacting Staff Policy
Please allow up to a full 72 hours for a staff member to reply. Assuming they're on and already having read your message does not mean they're obligated to reply to you immediately.
Only escalate to an Administrator if it has been several days, not hours or minutes.
Posting Policy
We reserve the right to keep, close, and remove any posting at our discretion. Anything that is found to be distasteful or offensive can be taken down whether it's written in the rules or not.
Do not create a new thread addressing any that were closed. PM the Moderator that handled your thread and wait with great patience.
Account Policy
We will not delete or ban accounts by request. Should you feel you no longer require your account here, you may leave at any time. You're not obligated to stay. |
